DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Advise clients on regulatory compliance requirements, including data protection, AML, sanctions, and industry specific regulatory requirements.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls.

Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to identify vulnerabilities in compliance and financial crime frameworks.

Support regulatory reporting and ensure adherence to local and international standards.

Deliver training and awareness programs on compliance and financial crime topics.

Monitor regulatory developments and provide guidance on emerging risks and obligations.

Assist in audits, investigations, and remediation projects related to compliance breaches or financial crime incidents.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, AML, or financial crime.

An MQF level 6 in a relevant field such as Law, Criminology, Social Policy, Business Administration etc.

Strong knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., FATF, EU AML directives, OFAC, GDPR, local regulatory frameworks).

Experience with compliance monitoring tools and risk management methodologies.

Experience in financial services, fintech, or consulting environments.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects.

Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Professional certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or equivalent are considered an asset, not a must have.
