DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Advise clients on regulatory compliance requirements, including data protection, AML, sanctions, and industry specific regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to identify vulnerabilities in compliance and financial crime frameworks.
  • Support regulatory reporting and ensure adherence to local and international standards.
  • Deliver training and awareness programs on compliance and financial crime topics.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and provide guidance on emerging risks and obligations.
  • Assist in audits, investigations, and remediation projects related to compliance breaches or financial crime incidents.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, AML, or financial crime.
  • An MQF level 6 in a relevant field such as Law, Criminology, Social Policy, Business Administration etc.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., FATF, EU AML directives, OFAC, GDPR, local regulatory frameworks).
  • Experience with compliance monitoring tools and risk management methodologies.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or consulting environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Professional certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or equivalent are considered an asset, not a must have.
