On behalf of our client, a global assurance, tax, and consulting firm helping clients thrive in a world of change, GRS Recruitment are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager in Malta. Our client values integrity, collaboration, and excellence, and act with care, curiosity, courage, and critical thinking in everything we do. We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to help shape the firm’s approach in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance domain and lead client-facing projects. You’ll manage stakeholder expectations, assess risks, and ensure high-quality deliverables across medium-risk assignments.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Contribute to strategic planning and deliver aligned business projects.
  • Manage and deliver medium-risk projects on time and within budget.
  • Define client requirements and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues during project delivery.
  • Lead and mentor team members, manage resources, and support recruitment.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and drive process improvements.
  • Develop client relationships, identify opportunities, and provide insights.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 5+ years in management, consulting, or operational roles.
  • MQF Level 6 qualification in business, law, or compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks, including GDPR.
  • Proven experience in compliance audits, gap assessments and regulatory projects.
  • Skilled in project and change management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong report writing, presentation, and client engagement abilities.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and a natural leader.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
  • €35,000 - €40,000 Gross Per Annum.
  • Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
