MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reservations & Customer Service

Handle reservations for catamaran cruises and private yacht charters, including processing bookings, payments, and sending confirmations.

Assist clients with booking modifications or cancellations, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

Arrange catering and other customized services for cruises and charters.

Coordinate closely with captains and crew to ensure vessels are fully prepared for each cruise.
Office Administration & Operations

Manage day-to-day office administration and secretarial duties, including correspondence, phone calls, emails, and scheduling meetings.

Coordinate travel arrangements such as accommodation and transportation bookings.

Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients to ensure efficient operations and clear communication.

Ensure proper upkeep, organization, and provisioning of the office.
Sales & Promotion
-
Conduct meetings with agents, tour operators, hotels, and other partners to promote company services.

Actively promote and sell company services, special offers, and packages.

Support business development initiatives and maintain strong relationships with partners.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Previous experience in reservations, office administration, customer service, or tourism/marine industry will be considered an advantage.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages will be an advantage).

Good computer skills (MS Office, email, booking systems).

Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive and professional attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
