DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • This role will involve assisting the Sales Team by preparing sales contracts and proforma invoices, issuing transportation documentation, arranging and dispatching samples to clients, maintaining proper filing systems, and supporting the Sales Team and Accounting Department with general administrative tasks.
  • The candidate will be required to also occasionally correspond with both clients and manufacturers via email.
  • It will be the duty of the Administrative Assistant to cover the duties of the Receptionist when she is on leave by answering the telephone, handling all the incoming emails of the company, running errands, etc.
  • This role also involves working closely with our Director to prepare offers for our customers and send inquiries to our manufacturers.
  • Working closely with the other members of our team to assist in the smooth running of our business.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Fluency in English is imperative (both written and spoken). 
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and plenty of initiative.
  • A hard-working individual who is willing to take on any new challenges, and learn new things.
  • Ability to follow instructions, and take direction.
  • First-rate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Full driving licence.
