DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Retail Area Manager for Nicosia, Famagusta, and Larnaca will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and capitalizing on new market opportunities, with the aim of increasing market share and strengthening the company’s strategic position.

The role also involves ensuring the effective placement and growth of the company’s products within the assigned territory, in line with the company’s overall sales policies and strategy.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and maximizing sales to both new and existing customers
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or another related field.
-
At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales-related position.

Excellent understanding of the Cypriot FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) market, particularly in the districts of Nicosia, Famagusta, and Larnaca.

Strong research and analytical skills.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
-
Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
-
Very good knowledge of MS Office and business software, such as CRM systems.

Excellent command of both Greek and English.
