An international Gaming firm are looking for an experienced Risk & fraud Analyst to join their team in Malta. The ideal candidate will report to the Head of Risk & Fraud, based overseas and join a team of professional Risk & Fraud Analysts, where you will operate across multiple communication channels to report and address risk/fraud issues. You should have at least 2 years’ experience in Risk & Fraud within an online Casino environment, have exposure to Crypto and have great Excel skills. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support clients through available communication channels and respond regarding status/security of their profile
  • Spot, investigate, and report frauds and abuses around platform usage
  • Analyze and report any suspicious behavior regarding internal fraud activity
  • Process and oversee deposits and withdrawals. Report and take action on suspicious transactions
  • Communicate with the technical department in order to solve possible problems
  • Analyze and take action based on various reports. If needed, suggest changes and improvements
  • User profiling. Adjusting clients’ accounts rights in accordance with procedures and company’s best interest
  • Maintain documentation about guidelines and procedures
  • Accomplish any request coming from the direct manager & management
    team in a legal manner
  • Provide training, feedback and guidance for less experienced team members.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an online Casino
  • Experience handling Crypto payments
  • Exceptional attention to detail and effective follow-through
  • Analytical ability
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel
  • Client-oriented, responsive to client requests
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to look at situations from several points of view
  • Ability to think quickly and work under pressure with limited supervision
  • Proven ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality with regards to client and employee data and investigations
  • Availability to work during unsociable hours with the flexibility to work at any time, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Experience with SoftSwiss (specific backend software) SoftSwiss is a software development company that specializes in providing solutions for the iGaming industry, particularly in online casinos, sports betting, and cryptocurrency gaming.
  • Familiarity with tools like Payment IQ and Tableau
