On behalf of our client, a well-established investment company with headquarters in Limassol, GRS are recruiting a Russian Speaking Administrative Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience in translating documents in Russian, Greek & English, Immigration duties and registrar of companies.  If you have the skills and knowledge send us your CV for this Limassol based Russian Speaking Administrative Assistant position.
  • Handling office reception, including but not limited to answering the phone calls, registering and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence, sorting our mail, printing, scanning and etc.
  • Business correspondence and communication various associates abroad and in Cyprus, lawyers, governmental authorities and etc.
  • Document flow, including dispatching of documents via local and international couriers, when requested personally with own vehicle, collections and delivery of hard copy
  • Filling various forms with corporate information for submission to Registrars, Banks, Authorities
  • Drafting documents for corporate affairs such as BOD minutes, resolutions, POA's based on  templates provided
  • Drafting deed's, SPA agreements and other commercial documents based on templates provided
  • Obtaining of certificates from the Registrar, arrangement of certification/apostille of documents for other countries
  • Management of premises, office supplies, equipment, company gifts
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding equipment maintenance (computers/printers, pc programs and etc.)
  • Arrangement of travel accommodation and car rental for the management and visitors
  • Arrangement of business meetings for the management, taking minutes when requested, and helping to prepare for office visits
  • Arrangement and reporting of monthly petty cash for the office
  • Translation of documents and other translation duties as might be assigned (English/Greek/Russian languages)
  • Review and collection of documents for Cyprus residence permit for the management
  • Review and collection of documents for Cyprus residence permit for the management
  • Other duties as per management (one-time, non-personal requests related to work)
  • Fluency in Russian, English & Greek (both verbal & written)
  • Proven experience in a similar position
  • Good organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
