GRS Recruitment are working in partnership with a small, yet an established financial services company based in Limassol who are currently searching for a Russian speaking office administrator to join the team. This position will be working closely with the small team and reporting directly into the senior management within the office. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drafting correspondence such as e-mails and letters
  • Arranging travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation
  • Helping with daily office tasks (filing, scanning, printing, posting correspondence, etc)
  • Running errands as required
  • Maintaining files and documents database
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • English and Russian speaking; knowledge of Greek will be considered as an advantage
  • Previous experience within a Administrative role
  • Excellent knowledge of office work and document processing - WORD, basic Excel, PDF, and general computer and office skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English / Russian
  • Be capable of the travel, accommodation, and business meeting arrangements and follow-up
