Russian Speaking Secretary

On behalf of our client, a Corporate Services company located in Limassol, GRS are looking for a Russian speaking secretary to join their team. The successful candidate needs to be a fluent Russian and English speaker. This role is considered key as the successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation of the office.   • Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, handling correspondence
  • Deal with copies and scans of documents and their filing
  • Handle and order stationery and supermarket orders
  • Coordinate the cleaning services of the office
  • E-bos companies’ registration
  • Arrange the certification/apostille of documents
  • Arrange courier orders
  • Translate documents from English to Russian and vice versa
  • Assistance in communication with the Russian clients. Assistance in translation to lawyers and other employees.
  • Organization of meetings with clients/Scheduling meetings and conferences
  • Liaising with local organizations and authorities
  • Registration of incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Preparation of cover letter to documents
  • Handling of company’s petty cash
  • Fluency in Russian and English languages, both written and verbal
  • At least a year of previous working experience in a similar role
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Team-player
  • Integrity of character and work ethic
