GRS Recruitment is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a reputable IT company based in Malta.
The ideal candidate would need to be involved in close collaboration with customers, internal teams, and both local and foreign suppliers. Strong written, verbal communication and coordination skills is required along with a sound understanding of pricing mechanisms, and a keen eye for detail. Our client's team is responsible for managing the administrative and billing aspects of customer contracting, as well as overseeing recurring sales related to vendor subscriptions, third-party support agreements. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
- Administer and track contract renewals, vendor subscriptions, and recurring support agreements.
- Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers via email, phone, and online portals.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across various departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of renewals.
- Ensure billing and pricing information is up to date and accurate.
- Maintain clear and organised documentation for audit and reference purposes.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Diploma level or above, in Business Studies or related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in Maltese will be considered an asset.
- Good interpersonal skills and team player.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Comfortable using online systems.
- Able to complete tasks within tight deadlines, accurate and detail oriented.
