MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLITES
- Contact new potential or existing clients to inform them about our services and their features
- Anticipate and understand customer needs and close sales;
- Enter and update customer information in the database;
- Take and process orders accurately;
- Manage possible claims to guarantee the company's reputation;
- Maintain call and sales records
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Demonstrated experience in a sales or other sales/customer service role;
- Good knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Excel) and telephone systems
- Ability to know products and services and describe/explain them to potential customers;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle sales calls and client inquiries;
- Excellent negotiation, problem solving and complaint resolution skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Hindi and English in both spoken and written
