In this client-facing role, the Sales Consultant will be responsible for showcasing the company’s high-quality cleaning solutions, delivering tailored quotes, and playing a key role in growing the customer base. This individual will be instrumental in converting leads into loyal clients through effective service demonstrations and strategic upselling of additional offerings. Success in this role will require strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset, as the Sales Consultant will also serve as a key liaison—resolving queries, building lasting relationships, and reinforcing the company’s reputation for excellence and reliability.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visit prospective clients to give service demonstrations.
- Provide quotes for needed services.
- Provide prospective customers with all needed information to make an informed decision with regards to the service and answer questions and address difficulties they may have.
- Effectively upsell the company services to prospective customers.
- Work with Office Team and Cleaning Staff to ensure set up of appointments and to coorindate services booked in line with client requirements.
- When needed, visit clients with cleaning technicians to ensure the service is done according to plan and to customer satisfaction.
- Maximise selling time by planning demonstrations and sales visits and build an effective sales pipeline for the business.
- Develop a very good relationship with customers with the aim to attracted repeated business.
- Assist customer with post-service issues so as to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform any other duties which the company might be required from time to time
- Conducting product demonstrations of the company’s products and services to prospective clients.
- Providing quotations for services.
- Managing all equipment assigned
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proactive problem solving ability.
- Ability to manage time effectively and to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of cleaning services offered by the company and its competitors through ongoing personal study and other resources
- Outgoing personality
- Initiative and ability to work without direct supervision
- Able and willing to continuous learning, both in person and online.
- Possess excellent customer service skills and communication skills as well as ability to work independently or on your own initiative.
- Positive Attitude.
- In possession of clean driving license.
