Our client, a vibrant and growing logistics company based in Limassol, is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join their team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Contribute to the implementation of Department Policies and Procedures and achieve department targets.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Manager about identifying new sales targets and opportunities.
  • Follow up the bookings of the existing and new sales accounts.
  •  Answer clients’ calls and efficiently respond to their requests.
  •  Perform sales visits, and inform the Operations Manager and involved parties about feedback accordingly.
  • Follow up bookings to ensure the provision of a professional level of customer service for new and existing clients.
  • Enter Data to the sales datasheet and keep updated feedbacks.
  • Prepare bi-weekly statistical and market reports.
  • Monitor monthly clients’ performance and volumes
  •  Inform Operations Manager about any urgent problem that endangers the company relation with clients to raise it to the concerned employees in-charged.
  • Perform other related activities as requested by the Operations Manager.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor in Business Administration – Marketing Emphasis or logistics
  • 3-5 years’ experience
  • Required initial training - 2 months rotation in company departments
  • Positive attitude
  • People-oriented
  • Patient and flexible
  • -Initiative Taker
  • Ability to manage stress and handle difficult clients
  • Have good Communication Skills
