DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute to the implementation of Department Policies and Procedures and achieve department targets.

Coordinate with the General Manager about identifying new sales targets and opportunities.

Follow up the bookings of the existing and new sales accounts.

Answer clients’ calls and efficiently respond to their requests.

Perform sales visits, and inform the General Manager and involved parties about feedback accordingly.

Follow up bookings to ensure the provision of a professional level of customer service for new and existing clients.

Enter Data to the sales datasheet and keep updated feedbacks.

Prepare bi-weekly statistical and market reports.

Monitor monthly clients’ performance and volumes

Inform General Manager about any urgent problem that endangers the company relation with clients to raise it to the concerned employees in-charged.

Perform other related activities as requested by the General Manager.
