DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities across corporate, social, and golf markets.

Promote the venue’s event spaces and golf facilities to potential clients through outbound calls, site visits, networking, and presentations.

Develop tailored proposals, quotations, and contracts based on client needs and budget.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with the events and operations team to ensure seamless execution of booked events.

Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and bookings in the CRM system.

Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to promote the venue.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Provide post-event follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and secure future bookings.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven experience in sales, preferably in events, hospitality, or golf/leisure industries.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in English

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, including MS Word and Excel

A passion for events, customer service, and golf is advantageous.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transport preferred.
