Your role will be to present their property and facility management services to developers, committees, and property owners, creating long-term partnerships and driving company growth.. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and approach potential clients (developers, property committees, real estate agents).

Present the company’s services, with focus on technology-driven property management and transparent reporting.

Build and maintain client relationships to ensure trust and long-term cooperation.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s expansion strategy.

Provide feedback from the market to improve services and marketing materials.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Fluent in Greek and English (spoken and written) – required.

Previous experience in sales, business development, or real estate (experience in property/facility management industry is a plus).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Professional appearance, reliable, and trustworthy.

Driver’s license and willingness to travel within Cyprus.

Past experience in property management or real estate sector is an advantage”
