MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and execute the sales strategy across the Maltese market

Drive revenue growth and expand market share

Manage and grow relationships with key retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and on-trade partners

Identify and secure new business opportunities

Oversee promotional planning, pricing strategy, and in-store execution

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance

Take ownership of KPIs, forecasting, and reporting

Support and guide the local sales function where required
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Has proven experience in FMCG sales within the Maltese market
-
Currently operates at Senior Sales Executive, Key Account Manager, or similar level
-
Has strong relationships within retail and/or wholesale channels
-
Is commercially sharp, target-driven, and ambitious
-
Is ready to step up into a broader leadership role
-
Speaks fluent Maltese and English

Holds a valid driving licence

Previous team leadership experience is beneficial but not essential
