On behalf of our client, an international, leading distributor of Information Technology solutions, GRS are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager for their Limassol office. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prospect for potential new clients to ensure a robust pipeline and growth of the business.
  • Work closely with internal sales, technical, and service resources.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Identify the decision-makers within the client organization and establish connections.
  • Create business proposals based on customer needs and requirements.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Secure commitments and close deals.
  • Follow up and control of contract terms.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Sales experience in the IT sector (servers, storages, multiboards, conference solutions, IT peripherals, etc) own network of business contacts in the sector is an advantage.
  • Project execution background, comprehensive knowledge of the technical part of the IT solutions and appropriate technologies.
  • Team-player attitude with a high comfort level working collaboratively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Skills in short-term and long-term planning of purchases and sales.
  • Result orientation, leadership qualities, good analytical skills, systematic approach to work.
  • IT literacy - including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Hunger to develop new business – tenacity and persistence.
  • Enjoys challenge and a fast-paced international corporate culture.
  • Strong presence with solid influencing skills.
  • Ability to develop long lasting business relationships.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and Greek.
