A growing FinTech company is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Sales Manager (B2B) for their Limassol operations and lead their growing SaaS partnerships. The successful candidate will be managing inbound leads and actively seeking new business opportunities through outbound sales strategies. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively seek out and identify new business opportunities through outreach efforts including email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

Respond to incoming inquiries, lead discovery conversations, showcase the product, and convert prospects into clients.

Use CRM systems to build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and accurate forecasting.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners, understanding their business needs and positioning the company as the preferred solution.

Conduct engaging product demonstrations tailored to the specific requirements and goals of each potential customer.

Lead contract discussions and manage the closing process in coordination with legal and executive teams.

Share client feedback with product and marketing teams to inform improvements and strategic planning.

Attend and represent the company at webinars, conferences, and trade shows to promote our SaaS platform.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within fintech, trading, or financial sectors.

Demonstrated success in consistently hitting or surpassing sales goals.

In-depth knowledge of SaaS sales processes and revenue models.

Proficient in using CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Highly motivated and capable of working both autonomously and within a team.

A genuine interest in fintech and trading is highly desirable.

Previous experience with proprietary trading companies or brokerage firms.

Knowledge of trading systems or familiarity with financial markets.

Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
