An international brokerage company regulated by CySEC with an office in Limassol is looking to expand its team with a Client Relationship Manager who is fluent in Polish and Lithuanian (plus Russian or English). We are seeking a results-driven and client-oriented professional to promote the company’s services and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Convert leads into clients through outbound calls

Present, promote, and effectively sell the company’s products and services

Identify client needs through active listening and provide tailored solutions

Ensure smooth client onboarding, including account opening and verification

Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., documentation, operations) to address client inquiries

Maintain accurate client interaction records in the CRM system

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
-
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Fluency in Polish and Lithuanian (both written and spoken) and Russian or English

Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in financial markets
-
Excellent communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Team player with the ability to work independently

Strong computer literacy and quick learner of new systems

Willingness to learn and grow professionally

Familiarity with financial regulatory requirements is a plus

Highly motivated and result-oriented
