MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Team Development

Lead and inspire the estate agency teams across Limassol and Paphos.

Create a positive, accountable and high-performing culture.

Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and performance reviews.

Coach agents to improve listing generation, negotiation skills and conversion rates.

Ensure company standards, values and processes are consistently maintained.
Recruitment & Growth

Recruit, interview and onboard new estate agents.
-
Build a strong pipeline of future talent.
-
Mentor and support new recruits throughout their development.
-
Create a culture that attracts, develops and retains high-performing professionals.
Business Development
-
Increase Qualitas Real Estate’s market share across Limassol and Paphos.

Develop relationships with developers, investors and strategic partners.
-
Identify new opportunities to grow revenue and expand the business.

Support marketing initiatives and local networking activities.
Sales Performance
-
Monitor team KPIs and sales activity.
-
Drive listing acquisition, instructions and completed transactions.

Support agents with larger or more complex negotiations where required.

Help secure premium and exclusive listings.
Operations
-
Ensure CRM records and sales processes remain accurate and efficient.

Continually improve operational standards and the customer experience.

Work closely with the Directors to develop and implement the company’s growth
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Proven experience within the Cyprus real estate industry.
-
Previous experience managing, mentoring or leading estate agents.
-
Strong knowledge of the Limassol property market.
-
Proven ability to recruit and develop successful salespeople.
-
Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
-
Fluent in English.
-
Knowledge of the Paphos property market.
-
Greek and/or Russian language skills.
-
An established network within the Cyprus real estate industry.
