MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for developing and implementing business plans.

Manage budgets.

Set sales objectives, driving profitability, increasing market share, and improving customer satisfaction.

Lead and motivate an experienced sale team.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

In possession of a minimum O’ level education.

In possession of a clean driving licence.

Proven experience in successfully managing a team.

Market experience in the beverage or food industry.

Strong negotiation skills, customer centric, integrity and organisational skills

A strong command of systems and analysis.

Good command of both Maltese & English languages

A proven record of successful results linked to strategy, planning and execution.

Openness to change and learning.
