GRS are recruiting for one of our established Group of Companies introduced in food manufacturing and FMCG sector  a Sales Manager to join their team in Malta. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the development of Business Plan and Sales Strategy for establishment to achieve volume and revenue growth while ensuring profitability, by analyzing opportunities, signing new customers & managing existing customers. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with retailers and distributors.
  • Conducting market research to identify customer trends and preferences
  • Implementing marketing activities to promote FMCG products.
  • Expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven experience in successfully managing a team.
  • Fluency in Maltese & English
  • Market experience in the food industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills, customer centric, integrity and organisational skills
  • A strong command of systems and analysis.
  • A proven record of successful results linked to strategy, planning and execution
  • Openness to change and learning
