A Nicosia-based Tech company that is involved in the development, marketing and technical support of cutting-edge software solutions for local and international clients is working in partnership with GRS to hire a Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be driving and executing the sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets. You will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients, providing tailored ERP solutions to meet their needs, and ensuring the growth of the company’s market share in Cyprus and overseas. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to define and implement marketing and sales strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives. Optimise the sales approach based on market trends and feedback.
  • Identify, prospect, and convert new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the ERP product suite, conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to illustrate the value of the solution.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth. Keep up to date with changes in the ERP market landscape.
  • Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring the best terms for both the client and the company, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Work closely with the marketing, implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to the senior management team. Track and analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • As the company grows, hire a sales team, train, supervise, and motivate them to meet and exceed sales targets.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in selling ERP solutions or other enterprise software is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with business processes, and how technology can solve complex organizational challenges.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English. Ability to tailor presentations and proposals to different audience levels.
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to manage, motivate, and inspire a team to meet and exceed sales targets.
