DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell products related to FMCG sector

Maintain and grow relationships with customers.

Increase market share, increase availability, increase profitability.

Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly and annual sales targets.

Provide accurate product information and recommend solutions based on customer needs.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.

Handle customer complaints and provide post-sale support when needed.

Keeping updated on industry trends, competitors’ activities, and market conditions.

Work under pressure.

Creating reports and updates for all sales activities to direct manager.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree in, Business administration, Marketing, accounting or a relevant field
-
Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with customers.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in food sector, dealing with retailers, and a chain of supermarkets and groceries.

Excellent negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-
Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience.

Excellent knowledge using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Excellent command of English language (written and spoken).
