DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Fostering enduring relationships through regular communication.

Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and empathetically, ensuring their needs are met with utmost satisfaction.

Stay updated on product offerings, features, and promotions to effectively showcase their value to our customer base.

Drive revenue generation and optimize sales opportunities within assigned customer accounts

Provide regular reports on customer data and analytics to enhance overall satisfaction and engagement.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating a track record of success.

Proficiency in both written and spoken French or German is required. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Exceptional communication skills with a keen emphasis on empathy and understanding.

Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
