DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for driving sales and distribution of company products directly to retail outlets

Ensuring product availability, visibility, and customer satisfaction.

Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly and annual sales targets.

Handling cash transactions, maintaining accurate records.

Building strong relationships with customers. Ensure proper product display and stock rotation at customer outlets.

Promote new products and offers to maximize sales opportunities.

Submit daily sales and collection reports to the direct manager.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

High school diploma, university degree considered a plus.

Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with customers.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in food sector.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Ensure the cash van is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with sufficient inventory.

Minimum of 1 -3 years of experience.

Valid driver’s license.

Physical stamina for loading/unloading products.
-
Excellent command of English language (written and spoken).
