GRS Recruitment is working with a Cyprus-based international relocation and logistics companyis seeking a Sales Support Executive to join its growing team in Limassol. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and commercially minded professional with experience in shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, or international relocations. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing quotations, liaising with international partners, and supporting business development activities in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for international relocation and shipping services.

Obtain rates from shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and other service providers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and international partners through regular communication.

Proactively follow up on quotations with clients and overseas agents to maximise conversion opportunities.

Respond to customer enquiries regarding pricing and services in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain accurate quotation records and ensure all information is updated within company systems.

Provide administrative and sales support to the wider team as required.

Carry out additional duties in line with business requirements.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Previous experience within the shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, or international relocation industry is essential.

Good understanding of international shipping and relocation processes.

Excellent written and spoken English. Greek will be an advantage.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple quotations and priorities.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a proactive approach to follow-up.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€16,000 - €18,000 Gross Per Annum
