MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Guiding/coaching/mentoring the team and organisation on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers

Mentoring the team on how to get the most of self-organisation
-
Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organisation and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organisation

Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment
-
Facilitating discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
-
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
-
Supporting and coaching the Product Owner

Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example

Work with other Scrum Masters as a team share experience and emerging practices

Maintain and improve team metrics reflecting the results to the team and facilitating retrospectives in a productive and fun way towards the direction of a continuous improvement culture
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Scrum Master Certification is a must
-
Previous work experience in a similar position
-
Influential, collaborative, Observant, Leadership and knowledgeable

Empathetic and good listening skills

Excellent facilitation skills
-
Knowledge and Experience on Scrum at Scale would be considered an advantage

Extensive knowledge and experience of Scrum and Agile culture

Passionate about Scrum and willing to develop professionally in a Scrum/Agile environment

Fluent in English
