  • Guiding/coaching/mentoring the team and organisation on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
  • Mentoring the team on how to get the most of self-organisation
  • Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organisation and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organisation
  • Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment
  • Facilitating discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
  • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
  • Supporting and coaching the Product Owner
  • Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
  • Work with other Scrum Masters as a team share experience and emerging practices
  • Maintain and improve team metrics reflecting the results to the team and facilitating retrospectives in a productive and fun way towards the direction of a continuous improvement culture
  • Scrum Master Certification is a must
  • Previous  work experience in a similar position
  • Influential, collaborative, Observant, Leadership and knowledgeable
  • Empathetic and good listening skills
  • Excellent facilitation skills
  • Knowledge and Experience on Scrum at Scale would be considered an advantage
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of Scrum and Agile culture
  • Passionate about Scrum and willing to develop professionally in a Scrum/Agile environment
  • Fluent in English
