On behalf of our Client, a well-established and well-known Accounting and Audit Firm, GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Secretary/Administrator to be based in Limassol. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then GRS are looking forward to receiving your CV for this Secretary/Administrator role in Limassol.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee day-to-day office administration, secretarial tasks, and general organizational duties.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests.
  • Handle and route incoming telephone calls; manage physical and electronic correspondence.
  • Maintain the firm’s electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
  • Manage finalization, execution, and archiving of documents.
  • Perform reception duties and support front-office efficiency.
  • Monitor, prepare, and submit filings to the Registrar of Companies.
  • Assist with preparation of reports, letters, and official company documents.
  • Execute multiple tasks efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Support management with additional administrative duties as assigned.
  • Adapt quickly to new processes and responsibilities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Experience in corporate administration or a similar role will be considered an advantage.
  • University or College degree.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong digital literacy.
  • Strong command of Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Confidence in working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
  • Pleasant, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
