On behalf of our Client, a well-established Medical Center, GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Secretary & Patient Relations Administrator to be based in Limassol. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcoming patients & visitors, handling inquiries & providing comprehensive frontline customer service.
- Scheduling patient visits & answering questions in relation to procedures for health care provision, including billing.
- Liaising between doctors, patients, external associates & medical staff to understand individual patient needs & continuously provide excellent patient services.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Highly Organized, ability to work under pressure, with multiple tasks
- Proactive, hands-on, & multitasker
- Proficient in English & Greek (additional languages are an advantage)
- Empathetic – you are dealing with people who are suffering and you are there to offer them help
- Problem solving – we have a waiting list of 6+ months. You need to be able to prioritize and think which are urgent cases to schedule first
