MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

Establish and maintain sustainable client relationships from day one, including initial incoming requests, onboarding process, activation, and throughout the entire relationship.

Understand client needs and challenges, and provide solutions to meet their requirements.

Create fee offers and negotiate service terms and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Possess strong expertise in compliance, staying up-to-date with regulations and industry standards.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and compliance, to ensure client needs are met and processes are streamlined.

Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.

Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Continuously improve knowledge and skills in the payments and banking sector
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Solid experience in a B2B client management/client success role, preferably in the payments industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable way for the audience.

Higher education in business management, economics, or a related field would be advantageous.

German language would be advantageous

Previous experience dealing with clients, ideally in consulting or sales in the B2B sector

Knowledge and experience in the finance and payments sector

Strategic and analytical thinking to identify opportunities and address challenges.
