GRS Recruitment are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a dynamic team at a reputable Real Estate company based in Limassol. The ideal candidate will join a growing finance team and support the management of accounting activities across multiple EU entities. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee month-end and year-end accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Prepare management accounts, financial statements, reconciliations and financial analysis.
- Manage intercompany accounting and resolve discrepancies.
- Support audits, statutory reporting, tax filings and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and financial controls.
- Monitor payments, expenditure and financing arrangements.
- Work closely with auditors, tax advisors and external accounting partners.
- Provide guidance and support to junior finance team members.
- Assist the Financial Controller and Finance Director with ad-hoc financial and reporting requirements.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- ACA, ACCA or CPA qualified.
- At least 3 years' relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reconciliations and reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills; Caseware experience preferred.
- SAP Business One and/or LucaNet experience is an advantage.
- Experience working with multiple entities or EU jurisdictions is beneficial.
- Fluent English and Greek, written and spoken.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €40,000 - €45,000 Gross Per Annum.
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
