A well-established firm which provides immigration consultancy services is searching for a Senior Advisor to join their team Business Development/Advisory team in Malta. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients and providing professional advice to international high-net worth individuals in relation primarily to residency and citizenship. You may also be requested to represent the firm during conferences and roadshows abroad. The ideal candidate will have experience in immigration or financial services, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and a proven track record in sales/business development. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide tailored advice to high-net-worth individuals and introducers on residency & citizenship / immigration solutions, and other services offered by the firm.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers, and industry partners.
  • Actively seek and pursue new leads through networking, conferences, and webinars.
  • Utilize social media to enhance brand visibility, engage potential clients, and assist with posts, website support, online advertising, and promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Coordinate logistics for business trips, conferences, and other industry events, ensuring effective participation and follow-up.
  • Mentor junior advisors, sharing expertise and supporting their professional development.
  • Stay up to date with relevant legislation and market trends to provide accurate guidance.
  • Prepare contracts, reports, and other documentation as needed.
  • Conduct meetings efficiently, ensuring structured agendas and timely follow-ups.
  • Communication - timely follow-up to email, calls and customer inquiries and responsive attitude towards colleagues and senior management.
  • Correspondence to be acknowledged within 1 working day from receipt and replied to within 2-3 working days from acknowledgement
  • Work logging – to ensure that the company and client database is kept fully up to date on a weekly basis
  • Ad hoc work as required by management
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Experience in immigration or financial services, with a strong understanding of industry regulations
  • Proven leadership, sales, and networking abilities
  • Strong social media marketing skills to support business development
  • Availability to travel for business development and industry events
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Work consistently within established timelines and ensure strict compliance with all applicable deadlines and procedures
