What You’ll Do
- Partner with management to ensure robust internal controls across financial, operational, and compliance areas.
- Spot risks, identify gaps, and recommend smart, practical solutions that make a real impact.
- Deliver audit programs for gaming operations in line with Cyprus Gaming Commission regulations and internal policies.
- Test and evaluate internal controls, driving improvements and tracking remediation.
- Support external audit reviews and internal control assessments.
- Lead or assist in special investigations and ad-hoc reviews.
- Turn findings into clear, actionable audit reports for senior stakeholders.

What You Bring
Experience
- 3+ years in internal or external audit (Big 4 experience is a strong plus).
- Solid hands-on experience with internal controls testing and evaluation.
- Gaming or hospitality industry exposure is an advantage.
Education
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- ACA / ACCA finalist or qualified preferred.
Skills
- Strong grasp of risk-based auditing and internal control frameworks (COSO knowledge is a plus).
- Working knowledge of IFRS and SOX.
- Sharp analytical thinking with the confidence to challenge and improve processes.
- Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter who can own projects and deliver results.
- Tech-savvy with experience using systems to analyze data and produce insights.
- Team player with the ability to support and guide others.
