Our client is seeking to recruit a Senior Client Executive to join their growing team in Limassol, Cyprus. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients across non-marine insurance lines and primarily within the financial services sector
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
  • Deliver tailored insurance solutions aligned with client needs
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Liaise with underwriters and internal teams to ensure efficient policy placement
  • Support clients throughout the policy lifecycle
  • Attend client meetings (on-site when required) and represent the company professionally
  • Collaborate with global specialist teams to design innovative solutions addressing emerging risks within the various industries involved
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in insurance broking or a similar client-facing insurance role
  • Strong knowledge of Financial Lines (FinPro), including finance and corporate insurance products (e.g. D&O, Professional Indemnity, Crime) would be considered an advantage)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and apply effective sales techniques
  • Highly motivated, growth-driven, and results-oriented
  • Strong organisational skills with a productive and proactive approach
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when required
  • Ability to operate and collaborate effectively within the local team and other Specialty teams
