A leading investment firm is searching for a Senior Client Manager to join their dynamic team and help deliver unparalleled service and investment advice in Malta. You will report to the Head of Client Management and will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and expert advice on their investment portfolios. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their financial goals, and collaborate with a team of investment analysts to offer tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Maltese, have 3-5 years’ experience working in a similar field and authorised by the MFSA. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the main liaison between the firm and clients, managing relationships with the different cohorts of clients we look after.

Conduct regular client meetings to review portfolio performance, assess investment strategies, and discuss market trends.

Understand clients' financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to provide personalized investment recommendations.

Collaborate with internal teams, including financial advisors, analysts, and portfolio managers, to deliver comprehensive investment solutions.

Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.

Monitor and report on the performance of clients' investments, offering insights and suggesting adjustments as needed.

Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow the client base, including identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional services.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory changes.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field;

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in client relationship management within the financial services or investment industry.

Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management, and financial markets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving business growth targets.

Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
