A global Accounting and Advisory firm are searching for a Senior Corporate Administrator to join their Corporate Services function. You will report to the Management Team and oversee and plan the workload of the corporate services team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Corporate Administrator role. If you are confident individual who is highly organised, efficient and able to manage own workload and that of the team, and want to join a global brand, then GRS look forward to receiving your CV for this Malta based Senior Corporate Administrator role.
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate services clients, co-ordinate incorporation and re-domiciliation processes together with handling client company changes and drafting and/or reviewing of statutory documentation
  • Collect and verify due diligence documentation conducted as part of the client on boarding procedures
  • Liaise with banks and PSPs on a regular basis, understand account opening processes and requirements and assist clients with the same
  • Liaise and correspond with accountants, auditors, lawyers and other service providers
  • Have contact with the Malta Business Registry and any other regulatory authorities.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Corporate Administration role
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively and productively with clients, colleagues and service providers alike
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
