Our reputable client, a growing Corporate Services provider based in Limassol, is seeking a dedicated Senior Finance Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will support the Finance Manager with accounting and finance operations for Cyprus companies. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Review and approve sales invoices, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with agreed fee structures and client arrangements.
  • Review and approve supplier invoices and expense claims in line with internal procedures.
  • Support the Finance Assistant with day-to-day accounting matters and finance-related queries.
  • Assist with the preparation of management accounts, reconciliations, and financial reports.
  • Review accounting records and ensure transactions are processed accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations, cash management, and payment-related activities.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve finance-related queries and obtain required information.
  • Maintain and monitor finance-related information within Client relationship team and follow up on outstanding matters.
  • Support finance projects and process improvement initiatives, including fee reviews and system enhancements.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit information and respond to auditor requests as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Malta, Cyprus, and other Group offices on finance-related matters.
  • Provide ad-hoc accounting, reporting, and administrative support to the Finance Manager and the wider Finance team in Malta.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, invoice processing, and financial controls.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial work.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical approach to resolving queries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, while maintaining a proactive and professional approach.
  • Experience within a trust, corporate services, professional services, or financial services environment would be considered an asset.
  • A Diploma in Accounting is essential.
  • Currently studying, or willing to commence, ACCA, ACA, or a similar professional accounting qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support role is preferred.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
  • €24,000 - €35,000 Gross Per Annum.
  • Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
