MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures
- Maintain the risk register and define treatment plans
- Lead internal and external security audits
- Perform vendor security assessments
- Run the company’s security awareness programme
- Design secure configurations for email, collaboration, and identity systems
- Conduct root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews
- Oversee WAF, DDoS, and email protection solutions
- Manage vulnerability and patch management processes
- Define security baselines for servers, endpoints, and SaaS services
- Advise on secure implementations and approve system changes
- Ensure security is embedded across all projects
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
- Around 4 years of experience in Information Security / Security Engineering
- Strong knowledge of security governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with standards such as GDPR, NIST, CIS, NIS
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong documentation practices
- Ownership mindset with accountability and professionalism
- Ability to remain calm and structured during incidents and audits
- Strong communication with technical teams, management, and external stakeholders
