DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the end-to-end preparation, submission, and management of licensing applications in EU and offshore jurisdictions.

Draft, review, and maintain all licensing policies and procedures for CASPs and CFDs.

Ensure applications and supporting documentation meet all relevant legal and regulatory standards.

Liaise with regulators, legal advisors, and internal teams to progress applications efficiently.

Monitor changes in global regulatory frameworks and update processes accordingly.

Advise senior management on licensing strategy, timelines, and potential compliance risks.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Law (mandatory).
-
3–4 years of proven experience in licensing, regulatory compliance, or legal policy drafting within the financial services sector.

Strong track record in preparing and submitting licensing applications from scratch in both EU and offshore jurisdictions.

In-depth knowledge of CASPs and CFDs regulations.

Excellent drafting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
