A solar panel provider is working in partnership with GRS to hire a passionate and driven Senior Sales Representatives to join their growing team in Paphos. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients through field sales and networking.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to assess customer energy needs and develop tailored solar solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure positive post-sale experience.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver accurate proposals and system designs.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in renewable energy.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven sales experience (5+ years), preferably in the renewable energy, construction, or technical solutions sector.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Passion for renewable energy and sustainable solutions.
