DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, implement, and manage Windows and Linux server environments (on-premises and cloud)

Administer Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and hybrid identity management

Oversee virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V) and storage solutions

Implement system hardening, patch management, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans

Support cloud workloads and hybrid integrations

Ensure systems meet ISO 27001 controls and NIS compliance requirements

Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and security improvements

Provide escalation support and mentor junior engineers

Maintain detailed documentation for audits, disaster recovery, and operational procedures
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Extensive experience with Windows Server and/or Linux environments
-
Proficiency in hybrid identity management (AD, Entra ID, MFA)
-
Expertise in virtualization, storage, backup, and recovery solutions

Strong scripting skills (PowerShell and/or Bash)

Solid understanding of security best practices and system hardening

Experience supporting regulated or security-sensitive environments
