An international IT Delivery Service working with GRS to recruit a Service Delivery Manager for their Limassol based Team. The successful candidate must have 2+ years of experience managing multiple teams.  If you have the relevant skills and experience, then we look forward to receiving your CV for this Limassol based Service Delivery Manager role.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Know your customer better than anyone else
  • Help your customer to transform business roadmap into technical solutions
  • Sustain technical excellence and lead the teams to ensure quality first mindset, simple architecture and highest code quality
  • Provide guidance to the teams in timely delivery of the product increments and overall delivery of the technical roadmap
  • Deal with various teams, customer business, internal and external stakeholders to drive engineering efforts
  • Work with vendors, software distributors, local service providers.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Ability to lead software delivery in an Agile environment
  • Proven experience managing delivery of commercial software that is available on the market and generates revenue for the customer
  • Experience with Project Management of high technical complexity in an Agile environment Technical background in software development or quality assurance (desired)
  • Fluent written and spoken English
