MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle administrative/user management related, technical problems

Handle requests for changes on our solutions

Review data and ensure that the team have all the resources to resolve the issues in the expected time frame

Monitor and report the performance of customer projects
-
Support the internal team on all their IT related issues ensuring that the team remains productive
-
Engage in the delivery cycle of projects around the areas of user testing, documentation or educating our customers on how to best use our systems
-
Meet the objectives and targets as set by the team management
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Be able to handle deadlines
-
Be comfortable with technology and an independent user of web, mobile or desktop applications
-
Familiar to use applications Such as Teams, Confluence, Slack and MS Office, Outlook, Apple keynote etc

Further technical skills such as OOP, Java, C#, Web/Mobile App, Development, MacOS, Cloud Admin, Networking, Testing, Scrum, Jira, Power BI, Google Data Studio. Tableau etc. will be considered a major advantage

Ability to multitask

Fluency in English and/or Greek
-
Diploma or University degree in a Technology or Engineering field
