A large international shipping company are working with GRS to recruit a Shipping & Logistics Manager for their Limassol based offices. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a related field, have excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications and be fluent in English and Greek. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and coordinate all shipping agency and logistics operations.

Liaise with port, customs and other authorities for vessel and cargo operations.

Advise customers on port costs and local procedures.

Support oil & gas principals for their offshore services.

Understand chartering requirements.

Offer logistics solutions for cargo shipments by air, sea or road.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Postgraduate degree

A minimum of 8 years’ experience in related field

Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications

Excellent Greek and English skills

Ability to work under pressure

Good co-ordination skills

Complex problem-solving ability and critical thinking skills

Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety procedures
