MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Shipping Procedures Management: Facilitate a range of transactions at the Shipping Deputy Ministry and other international flag administrations.

Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Build strong connections with clients, flag administrations, and the Shipping Deputy Ministry, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Documentation & Drafting: Prepare corporate authorities, legal documents, applications, and forms required for shipping processes.

Content Creation: Draft and publish articles or newsletters on current shipping matters to keep clients informed.

Legal Updates: Communicate important announcements, regulatory changes, and procedural updates to clients and ensure they remain compliant.

Collaboration & Legal Support: Work closely with our legal team, providing specialized assistance to meet client needs in shipping law.

Representation & Networking: Attend conferences and events in Cyprus or abroad to represent the firm and promote our services.

Additional Responsibilities: Support other activities within the firm’s Shipping Department as needed.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping processes and corporate procedures, especially those managed through the Shipping Deputy Ministry.

Educational Background: A degree in shipping studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s) is preferred but not required.

Language Skills: Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.

Writing & Communication: Strong article-writing abilities with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.

Personal Skills: Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A self-starter with a cooperative spirit and a professional, positive personality
