The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding clients through the selection of materials and preparing quotations for both small- and large-scale projects. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Engage with customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits of the company's offerings.

Develop and nurture relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Assist in the preparation of quotations and proposals for clients.

Support the overall sales strategy by collaborating with the team to achieve set targets.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company's database.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Basic understanding of architectural drawings for customer layouts and project plans

Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook etc)
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English (knowledge of an additional language will be considered as a major advantage)

Prior experience in a similar position
