GRS are searching for a Spanish speaking Customer Service Specialist to join an established and growing Forex firm in the Customer Care department. The firm has a team of Forex experts who are growing the brand and pride themselves on being one of the top brokers globally. The successful candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and English and have previous experience working within the forex market. Please note this role will involve the successful candidate working on a rotation shift pattern which will include working a night shift once a week. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Support clients with incoming inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
  • Gather and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries correctly.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handling and resolving them accordingly.
  • Record details of all inquiries, comments and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate issues with other departments.
  • Coordinating with the sales team and other relevant departments to properly and effectively assist clients.
  • Assisting new clients with the account opening process and company’s KYC procedures
  • Provide clients with relevant information regarding the website, promotions and products.
  • Communication precise and correct information at all times.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
 
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
  • Excellent knowledge and written communication skills required
  • IT proficient
  • Previous experience in a Customer Support role, ideally within the Forex industry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Prepared to work shifts and bank holidays on a 24/5 rotation
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience at writing and maintaining unit tests
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking along with a desire to keep learning
  • Precise and efficient communicator in English (verbal and written)
  • A disciplined approach and ability to work with cross-functional multicultural teams
