GRS Recruitment is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Stores Officer to join our client, a reputable Aviation company located in Larnaca. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in administration and office support who are looking to contribute to a dynamic team in the aviation sector. The Stores Officer will be responsible for proνiding support to the Planning and Maintenance Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Organization of the Maintenance Stores lnνentory. In addition, he/she will monitor the tooling calibration.

Receiving inspection of incoming parts.

The shipment of Parts/Cores back to the ΟΕΜ within the time as required by the ΟΕΜ.

Organizing the shipment of Dangerous Goods.

Monitoring consumables minimum stock and verify the consumables held in stock to ensure compliance for expiration dates and request for ordering consumables in order to maintain minimum stock in liaison with the Maintenance Manager.

Organizing the Ordering of Oxygen and Nitrogen supplies.

Ensuring all documentation of all parts, tools, consumables are in order.

Liaising with the accounting department to ensure the optimum inventory control.

Conducting market research for vendors and consumables.

Communicating with Vendors for maintaining inventories, ordering new items or selling Company’s stock.

Supporting Planning and Engineers with Store functions as required by the Maintenance Manager.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
At least three years of experience with a proven track record.

BA Degree in Purchasing and/or Supply Management will be considered as an additional advantage.

Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Very good knowledge of MS Office.

Outstanding communication skills, coupled with flexibility and a solution-focused mindset.

Must be eligible to work in Europe without restriction.

High motivation, exceptional teamwork, and unwavering attention to detail are a must.
